Organisation and founding members
The PremUp Foundation is a foundation for scientific cooperation and was founded by decree on 21 September 2007. The foundation is credited with the label of Thematic Network of Research and Care and was established within the framework of the law programme for research of 18 April 2006. The PremUp Foundation is the only RTRS in France that is dedicated to the pregnant woman and the newborn.
Founding members
6 institutional founding members have committed themselves to participate in the development of PremUp:

- University of Paris 12 – Val de Marne
- University Pierre and Marie Curie
